Los Angeles: Veteran Hollywood actress Betty White was presented with a life-size cake of herself in New York this week.
The five-foot, two inch cake of the 90-year-old ‘Hot in Cleveland’ star was prepared by `Cake Boss` fame Buddy Valastro and his team along with a cheeky Friars Club`s motto, `We only roast the ones we love`, placed on the bottom part, reported a website.
"Betty is not the first woman to be roasted by the Friars, but there have been so many firsts for her. Betty was the first woman to do Shakespeare at the Globe Theatre. I mean literally. She did him in the balcony," said Roast host Barbara Walters.
White made a grand entry at the event for her Friars Club roast. The only living `Golden Girl` star arrived on a white pony and was accompanied by two shirtless men in cowboy attire.
The confection portrayed the actress holding a silver fox in her left hand as a tribute to her long-time animal advocacy. The cake will appear later this year in an episode of TLC`s `Cake Boss`.
