Britney Spears' conservatorship could last indefinitely?

Los Angeles: Pop star Britney Spears' conservatorship, under which her father has been looking after her financial and legal affairs for over seven years, could reportedly last forever.

The 33-year-old "Toxic" hitmaker, whose legal and financial affairs have been managed by her father Jamie Spears since she suffered a public breakdown in 2008, will have her conservatorship going on, reported TMZ.

The conservatorship has been successful and has helped the singer and her finances. All parties are happy with the agreement and there are no plans in place for it to end, according to sources.

Britney, who has a team of lawyers and doctors, along with Jamie, managing the conservatorship, has "substantial day-to-day freedom" to make her own decisions, said the source.

The singer has sons Sean Preston, nine, and Jayden James, eight, with former husband Kevin Federline, and last year the conservatorship made USD 14 million for her.
