Candice Bergen reveals she went under the knife twice

Washington: Candice Bergen seems very comfortable talking about her body as she recently revealed that in total she went twice under the knife.

The 'Miss Congeniality' star said in an interview while promoting her memoir, 'A Fine Romance' that before starting shooting for 'Murphy Brown' and at the age of 41 she had her eye surgery and then in the following year she got a neck surgery done as the light was catching the bands under her neck, Us Magazine reported.

The 68-year-old actress was also asked about her recent excerpt on her carefree attitude towards her body weight from her new book which became talk of the town.

Bergen explained that she just made a scant reference in that excerpt and actually meant that she obviously keeps an eye on her health, but that doesn't mean that she would eat kale, just for the sake of health and to fuel herself.
