Chelsea Handler to launch new talk show

Los Angeles: Chelsea Handler will launch a new talk show in 2016 as part of a new deal with the on-demand streaming service.

The new multi-tiered deal will see Handler star in a stand-up special later this year, as well as creating four docu-comedy specials to air in 2015, suggest reports.

Her new talk show will debut a year later, and will be made available simultaneously in all territories.

Handler`s new deal comes after the recent announcement that her latest talk show is to end later this summer, after seven years on air.

Her stand-up special, Uganda Be Kidding Me Live, will be filmed in Chicago and will be available on October 10.

Meanwhile, her docu-comedy specials will focus on her efforts to gain a better understanding on a variety of subjects, including NASCAR, politics and the NBA draft.
