Chinese `topless traffic conductor` a hit on Internet

Beijing: A photograph of a Chinese "topless traffic conductor" has become a hit on the Internet, with netizens praising his actions as "kind-hearted" and "moving”.

A Chinese citizen had directed traffic in rain wearing only shorts and shoes in Haikou town of South China``s Hainan province on September 29, the China Daily reports.

According to the Nanguo Metropolis Daily, a man, Guo Xiaoyang, was asked by his brother, who is in charge of a construction site, to deal with equipments brought down by the storm.
