Washington: A judge revoked Chris Brown's probation recently for his 2009 attack on then girlfriend Rihanna after he traveled without prior consent and was on the scene at a nightclub where five people were shot and wounded.
A shooting at the San Jose club injured five people, but there were no indications that Brown was involved in the attack, but Judge James Brandlin ordered probation staff to investigate the shooting and whether there were any issues involving the singer, TMZ.com reported.
The 25-year-old has had his probation revoked, in part because he was present at 2 separate nightclubs when people inside were shot, and officials are worried about more shootings and think Chris should serve time behind bars.
Following the shooting, Brown Tweeted, "I'm 100," letting fans know that he was uninjured.
The American recording artist, who was at the hearing with his mother and girlfriend, was not taken into custody, but he was ordered back to court on March 20.
In addition, Brandlin said Brown still needs to complete 200 of 1,000 hours of community service.
