Cissy Houston wants to lay daughter Whitney’s ‘ghost’ to rest
London: Whitney Houston’s mother Cissy believes that the singer’s ghost has something to say to her. A distraught Cissy wants make a visit to the hotel suite where Whitney died and make a “spiritual” connection with her star daughter to put her spirit to rest.
“Cissy believes Whitney’s ghost has something to say to her,” a leading daily has quoted a close friend of the family as saying.
“She feels that if she visits the place she died she might get some closure on what her spirit wants. Cissy is telling family she thinks going there will let her create a spiritual connection with Whitney. She plans to pray in the bathroom where she died to try to hear what she is saying,” the friend said.
Cissy is furious she will have to organise her visit around ghoulish guests who have been forking out to stay in suite 434 of the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles, where the diva died aged 48.
“She has no choice but to book in her visit to the room around other guests,” a family friend said.
