Fighting with Taylor Swift a big mistake of my career: Diplo

Los Angeles: DJ Diplo says he found dealing with pop star Taylor Swift's die-hard fans so tough that he regrets picking up a fight with her.

Diplo, 36, started the feud Swift, 25, after mocking her backside on Twitter last year. Her fans got angry and confronted him on social media.

"All I know is don't ever get into a feud with Taylor Swift," he said in a new interview with British GQ Style.

"She has like 50 million people that will die for her. You can't step into that arena. That was something I was never prepared for. One of the biggest mistakes of my career was definitely fighting with her."

The feud, however, appeared to have been settled. The two were pictured hanging out together at the Grammys last month.

He posted the photo on Instagram and captioned it, "Then this happened @taylorswift vs taylor spliff."
