While pursuing graduation from St Xavier’s College, she dated Rohan Antao, a Mumbai based marketing executive. The two got engaged in 2008, but Freida called off the engagement in January 2009. Since her separation from Antao, rumours of an off-screen romance between Pinto and ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ co-star Dev Patel have been widely circulated.
