Los Angeles: Model Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez have called a truce after their angry brawl.
Aubry, who is ex-boyfriend of actress Halle Berry got into physical fight with the latter`s fiance Martinez Nov 23 and things turned ugly as both the men landed in hospital with brutal injuries.
The court had put a restraining order against the model and was asked to stay away from Nahla, Berry and Martinez till Nov 27. However, the blame game went against Martinez after Aubry accused him of starting the fight and showed his injuries.
Now the issue has been sorted behind the doors of family court.
The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter," a website has quoted Berry and Aubry`s lawyers as saying.
"The agreement extends beyond the family law court," a source said.
