Mumbai: More than 300 people gargled together with mouthwash for 30 seconds here Sunday hoping to enter the Guinness World Records.

The event was organised by the Listerine in association with the Indian Dental Association (IDA) to celebrate World Oral Health Day. The participants pledged to take complete care of their oral health. Guinness representative Jack Brockbank also attended the event.

MTV anchor Cyrus Sahukar enthused the crowd to take the pledge.

`This is an exciting moment indeed,` said Tushar Murdeshwar, head of marketing, Johnson and Johnson Consumer Division, India.

`We are committed to provide consumers with complete oral health with our essential oil-based Listerine and hope that the event will create awareness among consumers about dental care,` he added.
