Heidi Klum puts house on the market
Los Angeles: Heidi Klum is selling her Los Angeles mansion for USD 25 million after overseeing extensive renovations on the house.
The 41-year-old German supermodel, who is dating 27-year-old art dealer Vito Schnabel and has four children, Leni, 10, Henri, eight, Johan, seven and Lou, four, from previous relationships, put her 12,300-square foot Italian-style villa in Brentwood, California on the market this week, reportedly.
Purchased in 2010 with her ex-husband Seal, the estate has been renovated by Heidi to create a stunning retreat. "Sometimes I sit in the garden, drinking my coffee, looking at the Pacific, and really feel it is a little piece of Heaven.
"We worked extensively for over six months to replace every window, re-stain all the gorgeous woodwork, upgrade all the appliances and fixtures and designed dream closets. We built a master bath with views of the ocean. By the time we finished, the house was as incredible as its grounds and views," she said.
The 40-year-old blonde beauty bought a USD 9.875 million mansion in Bel Air last year, and also purchased her ex-boyfriend Martin Kirsten`s mother a new house in their native South Africa after they parted ways in January.
