Melbourne: Helen Mirren has admitted that Hollywood sexism annoys her and makes her feel ridiculous, as people don't mind watching James Bond getting more and more geriatric, and his girlfriends younger and younger, but an actress' age surely matters.

'The Queen' actress said in an interview that Maggie Gyllenhaal's was recently told she was too old to play the love interest of a 55-year-old man, but, if it would have been the other way around, then no one would have opposed, News.com.au reports.
