Hollywood tells Obama: You deserved to win!

Los Angeles: Hollywood musicians and actors hailed Barack Obama Wednesday on his re-eletion as the US president, calling it a proud moment for America.

As Obama defeated Republican challenger Mitt Romney, Hollywood celebrities took to Twitter to congratulate him, reports eonline.com.

Here`s what some of them said:

Elizabeth Hurley (Actress): Barack Obama, we are more than just a collection of red states and blue states, we are the United States of America.

Will.i.am (Singer): All that travel, hard work and campaigning was worth it... and now it`s time to work even harder.

Demi Lovato (Singer): Yay! Proud to be an American!
