Jeremy Renner sells house for USD 24 million
Los Angeles: Actor Jeremy Renner of `Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol` and `The Hurt Locker` fame has sold his Bel Air estate for USD 24 million after paying USD 7 million for the posh property three years ago.
The 42-year-old, who works with interior designer Kristoffer Winters on his real estate dealings, marketed the six-bedroom, nine-and-a-half bathroom abode as fit for a 21st century Howard Hughes, reported Radar Online.
The 10,000 sq foot home, which sits on two acres of property, was remodeled in the roaring 20`s Art Deco style, and includes garish amenities such five fireplaces, a home theater and ceilings 14-feet high.
Renner, who`s a new father, told David Letterman last year he and Winters have bought and sold more than 20 homes in the past 10 years.
