New York: Paul ‘DJ Pauly D’ DelVecchio is the latest celebrity to have his own alcohol brand.
According to TMZ.com, the ‘Jersey Shore’ star, who is famous for his hard partying, is creating his own line of mass market liquors.
The gel-loving reality TV star’s new cocktails will be called Remix, and will be a series of flavoured vodkas, the New York Post reported.
DelVecchio has reportedly partnered with liquor industry veteran David Kanbar, who is responsible for developing Skinnygirl Cocktails with ‘Real Housewives of New York’ star Bethenny Frankel.
But DelVecchio’s brand is poised to be even bigger than Frankel’s.
Sources said that the drink debuted at the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of American convention in Las Vegas last month and that buyers flipped for the product.
It reportedly sold more cases at the convention than Skinnygirl Cocktails sold in its first 18 months on the market.
