Jessica Biel uses shock collars on pet dogs

Last Updated: Thursday, June 27, 2013 - 13:01

Washington: Jessica Biel walked two of her dogs on Tuesday, in New York City, sporting two shock collars on her pooches.

The collars are electronic remote training devices that can be used to stop problematic dog behaviors, like barking or aggression, Us Magazine reported.

Although the collars, that give low-level shocks, are commonly used to teach obedience, some people see them as a form of animal cruelty.
