Jon Voight praises granddaughter
Los Angeles: Veteran actor Jon Voight loved seeing his granddaughter Vivienne Jolie-Pitt act alongside her mother, his daughter Angelina Jolie, in `Maleficent`.
The 75-year-old star was thrilled to see five-year-old Vivienne appear alongside his daughter, who made her own acting debut alongside her father in 1982`s `Lookin` to Get Out` when she was four years old, reportedly.
"Vivienne was magnificent. She`s wonderful. It was a very lovely moment to see Angie with her on screen, and they were terrific together. It was just great. It`s the most wonderful thing when you see your little granddaughter, just like when I saw Angie on the screen, you know," Voight said.
However, he insists it is impossible to compare Vivienne and Angelina`s movie debuts. "You can`t compare them because each one is themselves. But it was really a knockout to see her. I`m telling you. It was great," he added.
Angelina also raises sons Maddox, 12, Pax, 10, and Vivienne`s twin Knox, as well as daughters Zahara, nine, and Shiloh, eight, with fiance Brad Pitt.
