Justin Bieber attempting to grow moustache

Los Angeles: Teenage pop star Justin Bieber is trying to grow his first moustache so he can take part in an annual charity event which boosts awareness about prostate cancer throughout the month of November.

As part of the quirky initiative, dubbed Movember, men across the world seek sponsorship to grow bushy facial hair.

And the 17-year-old Baby hitmaker admits he is attempting to grow a little moustache in the name of charity too but the results have been pitiful, reported MTV online.

"It`s Movember, I`m growing it out. There`s a little bit (of facial hair), but mostly on the upper lip area. I still have a high voice.

"(I won`t shave it) `til the end of November, and then I`m gonna shave it and then it`s gonna be all good. Then it`s gonna take another year-and-a-half to grow back," he said.
