Washington: Justin Bieber has splurged 6.5 million-dollars on his very first home, a seven-bedroom mansion in the Californian suburb of Calabasas. The 18-year-old singer has purchased his new property in the suburban area, which is also the home of the Kardashian family.
The palatial abode had previously belonged to Eddie Murphy’s ex-wife Nicole Mitchell, who sold the dwelling for 5.51 million-dollar last year. According to a leading daily, the 10,000 square-foot property comprises of eight bathrooms, a library, cinema with stadium seating, a wine cellar, a wet bar and there is a pond within the 1.3-acre grounds, a website has reported. The teen heartthrob is apparently keen on installing some high-tech gadgets in his mansion - which was constructed in 2005 and had been listed at 8.75 million-dollar - which also features a big guesthouse, large garage and pool, as well as a games room. The ‘Boyfriend’ hitmaker had narrowed his search for his first home to three houses, which is thought to have included a property currently being rented by ‘Two and a Half Men’ star Ashton Kutcher.
