Justin Bieber thrown out of Chicago nightclub for being underage

London: Justin Bieber was reportedly told to leave a Chicago nightclub after cops were tipped off that alcohol was being served to several underage visitors.

According to TMZ.com, the `Boyfriend` hit maker was present at the hot spot, known as Bodi, on Tuesday night, when cops entered the premises and determined that the singer and his friends were actually provided with booze inside the 21+ enterprise.

The troubled star and his entourage were instantly removed from the place and police delivered a citation to the club management.

A spokesperson for the Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection told the publication that police issued the ticket to Bodi for admitting and knowingly having underage persons in the establishment.

The rep asserted that typically the fine for a ticket like this would be 1,000 dollars, but the fine is not determined until a hearing officer hears the case and if the establishment is found liable for the violation.

The administration at the nightclub later issued a statement to the gossip site, revealing that Bieber made a brief appearance at Bodi to support his close friend, DJ Tay James, who was performing at the club at the time.

The release alleged that Bieber was not served any alcoholic beverages at Bodi, adding, that neither he nor anyone affiliated with the club broke any laws.
