London: Comedian and actor David Walliams has reportedly revealed that he was one of the first to know of Simon Cowell`s impending fatherhood and claimed that the X-Factor judge would be a great father.
The 41-year old `Little Britain` star had posted a cheeky tweet when the baby news broke confirming that Cowell was in fact having a baby, the Mirror reported. Walliams insisted that unlike the 53-year old music mogul`s public image, he would be a doting dad as he is great with kids and has a lot of experience with them as he spends a lot of time visiting children`s hospices. Commenting on Cowell`s pregnant gal-pal Lauren Silverman, who he claimed to have met her a few times, Walliams revealed that she is `lovely` and he is thrilled for the soon to be parents. The New York socialite has recently finalised her divorce from her real estate mogul husband, Andrew Silverman , who had filed for divorce citing `adultery` as the reason and named Cowell as co-respondent in the legal papers. The estranged couple is expected to share joint custody of their 7-year old son, Adam. ANI
