Lady Gaga`s plagiarism suit dismissed

Los Angeles: A plagiarism lawsuit against pop star Lady Gaga has been dismissed.US District Judge Marvin E Aspen ruled that the 28-year-old star`s hit song `Judas` did not feature samples of musician Rebecca Francescatti`s 1999 track Juda, reported a magazine.

In his conclusion the judge stated: "We conclude, as a matter of law, that the two songs are not substantially similar.
