Leonardo DiCaprio may pay 12.9m dollars for NYC apartment

New York: Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted checking out a 4,326-square-foot duplex at 61 Fifth Avenue in New York.

The 38-year-old American actor, who is hunting for an apartment, is most likely going to settle for the Greenwich Village space which has three bedrooms, marble bathrooms, a library and a large dressing room and is priced at 12,975,000 dollars, the New York Post reported. The duplex is LEED-certified, a feature which could be appealing for the environmentally conscious actor who also owns a luxury plug-in Fisker Karma hybrid `green car`.
