Mahashivaratri: Devotees offer prayers, perform Ganga Aarti – Watch video

Mumbai: On the auspicious occasion of Mahashivaratri, devotees gathered in large numbers at the Har Ki Pauri in Haridwar to offer their prayers and perform the Ganga Aarti early in the morning on Monday.

Dedicated to the supreme most of the Hindu trinity that includes Brahma and Vishnu, the Mahashivaratri celebrates marital alliance of Shakti (Parvati) and Lord Shiva.
