Motherhood is a tough, tough job: Kate Winslet

London: Kate Winslet is the mother of three children, and the Oscar-winning actress has revealed that parenting is a tough job.

The 38-year-old 'Titanic' star said motherhood changes life in a big way, reportedly.

"Look, I have the deepest admiration for mothers everywhere. It's a tough, tough job. Same goes for fathers by the way. Motherhood will transform your life. Your children are the number one priority in your life," she said.

Winslet works alongside a young actor Gattlin Griffith, nearly the same age as her own son Joe, in the upcoming film 'Labor Day'.

Asked whether it is difficult to be working with a child nearly the same age as her children, Winslet said, "First of all, let me tell you that Gattlin was incredible. My daughter is 12 and my son is 9 years old. Gattlin gave me a great insight of how you develop a friendship with your kids, as they are growing older.

"Gattlin is a very mature young man, and he really is incredible in this film. He brings a certain sensibility and strength to his character that makes him very believable."
