The auspicious nine day festival of Navratri dedicated to Goddess Durga has begun today.

Until the ninth day, devotes of the mighty goddess will immerse themselves in deep devotion. Each day is dedicated to one of the 9 forms of Durga.

October 13: Navratra begins: Ghatsthapana , Pratipada   

Pratipada Tithi Begins = 05:35 on 13/Oct/2015 and ends of 08:01 the next day.

October 14: Chandra Darshan, Pratipada Chandra Drashan between 17:49 to 18:47

October 15: Brahmacharini Puja , Dwitiya  Goddess Brahmacharini governs Mangal, the lord of fortunes.

October 16: Sindoor Tritiya, Chandraghanta Puja, Tritiya. Goddess Chandraghanta governs planet Shukra.

October 17: Kushmanda Puja, Varad Vinayaka Chauth,Chaturthi. Goddess Kushmanda governs the Sun.

October 18: Skandamata Puja, Saraswati Awahan,Panchami.Goddess Skandamata governs planet Buddha.

October 19: Katyayani Puja, Saraswati Puja,Shashthi. Goddess Katyayani governs planet Brihaspati.

October 20: Kalaratri Puja,Saptami. Goddess Kalaratri governs planet Shani.

October 21: Durga Ashtami, Mahagauri Puja, Sandhi Puja, Ashtami. Goddess Mahagauri governs planet Rahu.

October 22: Ayudha Puja, Navami Homa, Navratri Parana after 11:58

Vijayadashami  Dashami Tithi Begins = 11:58 on 22/Oct/2015 and end at 09:51 on the next day.
