Neck injury leaves Miley Cyrus in pain

Los Angeles: A neck injury has left singer Miley Cyrus greatly stressed and in a lot of pain.

The 20-year-old can`t stop crying after mysteriously hurting herself and has been instructed to stay in bed to help it heal as quickly as possible so she can resume promotion for her new single "We can`t stop", reports femalefirst.co.uk. "In so much pain. I hate being sick. My neck f***ing hurts. Really stressed out. Crying only makes me feel worse but I cant help it. I am finally getting to perform `We Can`t Stop` and now this s***s happening," Cyrus posted on Twitter. "Can`t move my neck. Can`t breathe. Can`t barely speak... I got to stop working myself up though." Cyrus, who is engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth, shared a picture of herself in bed and revealed that she woke up with the injury on Friday. "Woke up and can`t move neck. Sucks SMH (Shake My Head) (not really, cause I can`t move the damn thing!)," she wrote. IANS
