Nicole Kidman runs into Katie Holmes at bar

Los Angeles: Hollywood star Tom Cruise`s ex-wife Nicole Kidman and present spouse Katie Holmes reportedly had an `awkward` run-in at a club.

The actresses apparently tried to dodge each other when they came face-to-face at Hollywood private members club Soho House, reported TMZ online. "When Katie walked upstairs to the lounge, she saw Nicole and immediately looked away like she was trying very hard to avoid eye contact with her. It was like she was taken off guard - it was like a standoff," a source said. "They didn`t even say hi. It was so awkward! She (Nicole) just looked at Katie, then looked away. But after Katie noticed Nicole in the lounge, she quickly walked to the patio area," it added. Kidman and Cruise, who married in 1990, adopted two children, Isabella, 19 and Connor 17. They separated after 11 years. The 49-year-old Hollywood actor tied the knot with Holmes in 2006 and the couple have five-year-old daughter Suri. Kidman, 44, has daughters Sunday Rose, three, and Faith, one, with country singer usband Keith Urban. PTI
