Lahore: Ali Azmat, who had lent his voice for chartbuster ‘Garaj Baras’ from the film ‘Paap’ will now sing a couple of songs for the upcoming film ‘Jism 2’ starring porn star Sunny Leone.
Azmat has not been granted a visa to visit India hence he might have to record the songs on Skype, a social video networking site.
In an interview to a leading daily, the Pakistani singer said, “It feels good to work with friends. I`ve known Pooja (Bhatt) and Munish Makhija. This new composer, Arko Prova Mukherjee, is promising. He has penned the lyrics and composed the tunes.”
On being quizzed about his hometown Abbottabad, the place where Al Qaida chief Osama bin Laden was reportedly killed, Azmat said, “I feel Osama wasn`t killed there. Where is the actual proof that he was?”
“Various French intelligence reports had said that Osama might have died between 2001 and 2003. He was suffering from acute diabetes and it was apparently impossible for him to survive in the mountains for so long. Just because the Western media is saying something doesn`t mean it is the ultimate truth. Neither Britain nor America is capable of giving space to independent news. Various interest groups will invariably twist the narrative,” added Azmat.
