New York: It seems actor Orlando Bloom has got bored of living in his luxurious apartment here. The actor has listed the apartment for sale for $5.5 million just six months after moving in.
The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star spent $4.75 million on the fourth-floor apartment in the Sugar Loaf Building in Tribeca neighbourhood.
The luxury and spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom abode boasts cast-iron columns, exposed brick walls, an open chef`s kitchen and wood-beamed ceilings.
According to listing agent Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the apartment has 11 oversized windows with an extra-large living room and attached dining area, reports dailymail.co.uk.
The open-plan chef`s kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances including a sub-zero refrigerator and Viking stove and features a granite topped bar.
The private master bedroom suite also boasts a walk-in closet and a master bathroom with double vanity and stall shower and there are two additional bedrooms and a guest bathroom that has a soaking tub.
