Rihanna`s alleged stalker , who was caught lurking around on her roof on June 17th, has been ordered to get mental help by a judge.

Washington: Rihanna`s alleged stalker Robert Melanson, who was caught lurking around on her roof on June 17th, has been ordered to get mental help by a judge.
According to TMZ.com, Melanson was hit with a restraining order and was charged with criminal trespassing.
Melanson, who did not plead contest to the trespassing charges, was placed on 3 years of probation.
He has to pay 344 dollars in fines, and will have to commit to one year of mental health treatment.
