Sylvester Stallone puts California desert villa up for sale for $4.5m

London: Sylvester Stallone has reportedly listed his La Quinta desert mansion for sale, for 4.5 million dollars. The Spanish-style home is located within The Madison Club, one of the most exclusive private golf courses in the US, a leading daily has reported.

The ‘Rocky’ star’s palatial house boasts of four bedrooms and five bathrooms with separate his and hers vanities. Luxurious touches such as stone-carved elements, vaulted ceilings, designer doors and windows and a bevy of fireplaces feature throughout the home. It also features telescoping doors in the great room, a chef’s kitchen and a master suite with various open-air terraces and patios, including a fully equipped outdoor kitchen area. The backyard features a pool and an adjacent fire pit with spectacular views of the surrounding mountain landscapes. The actor doesn’t stand to profit from the sale, having purchased the property in Coachella Valley in January 2010 for the same amount. ANI
