London: ‘The Simpsons’ bosses will be airing a special episode that will see Marge’s chain-smoking sisters Patty and Selma rowing down the Thames.
The foul-mouthed pair of the popular animated series will be seen passing landmarks such as Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament in the Olympic-themed episode.
The special will give a nod to Facebook movie ‘The Social Network,’ with the sisters somehow finding themselves competing against US rowers the Winklevoss twins in London Olympics.
Armie Hammer has reprised his ‘Social Network’ role of both brothers -who appear to sport Bradley Wiggins-style sideburns.
“A rowing event at the 2012 Games transforms into a sibling-off when the dapper duo find themselves up against chain-smoking Patty and Selma,” the Sun quoted a source as saying.
The episode will be aired on Sky1 at 6 pm on Sunday.
