Tom Cruise’s son takes DJing `very seriously`
New York: Tom Cruise’s son Connor is passionate about his DJing and wants to turn it into a long-term career. The-17-year-old was overheard discussing his dedication to the craft at the opening party for sushi hot spot Katsuya in the Andaz San Diego Hotel on Thursday night.
“I’m taking DJing very seriously and playing more and more gigs. It’s something I plan on doing long-term,” a leading daily has quoted him as saying.
Connor, who earns up to 10,000 dollars a gig, was very friendly with fans asking for photos. He was introduced to retired skateboard pro/actor Tony Hawk at the party. Barely old enough to drive, Connor now spins regularly in LA and will open for Australian DJ duo Nervo at Colony.
