Bruce Springsteen’s former car up for grabs

Organizers expect the entire auction to fetch more than 1 million dollars.

New York: A yellow Chevy once owned by Bruce Springsteen is expected to fetch more than 390,000 dollars at an online auction.
The 1957 convertible, which features orange flames shooting across the hood and sides, was The Boss` first set of wheels, reports the New York Daily News. And some of his best-loved songs, ‘Born to Run,’ ‘Thunder Road’ and ‘Backstreets,’ were written inside it. The car is one of the hot items up for grabs at the auction by gottahaverockandroll.com between now and March 25. Other big-ticket items include a red lace cocktail dress once worn by Princess Diana, designed by Catherine Walker, one of Michael Jackson’s iconic gloves, a Springsteen guitar and a collection of 14 handwritten lyrics by Madonna. Organizers expect the entire auction to fetch more than 1 million dollars. ANI
