Madhya Pradesh to set up drama school

The MP cabinet sanctioned a proposal for setting up a school of drama.

Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh cabinet Tuesday sanctioned a proposal for setting up a state school of drama (Natya Vidyalaya) here, a release said.

The drama school is claimed to be the first of its kind in the Hindi speaking region The release said the cabinet sanctioned 23 posts for the Natya Vidyalaya. They will execute systematic education for classical and modern theatres, training, demonstration of modern trend of performance, compilation, survey, documentation, collection, and library work under the guidance of national arts luminaries.
