Live broadcast is intimidating: Christopher Walken

London: Veteran actor Christropher Walken, who is set to perform in a children's play live on US TV this month, says live brodcast scares him.

The 71-year-old 'Deer Hunter' star is due to play Captain Hook in 'Peter Pan Live!' on NBC on December 4 and he said the short preparation time for the show has left him terrified, reported the Daily Express.

"We rehearsed this very much like you would for a musical, except in a musical, you do your first preview for a couple of weeks - then you open. And if you do Ok then you run for months. You do it a lot, get to develop it and things change. This is not like that. It's more like a football game. Frankly it is intimidating!" he said.
