Mumbai: Internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has come up with a new sand art that takes inspiration from Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
Pattnaik’s latest throws light on the importance of hygienic sanitation.
Most of Pattnaik's works are inspired by social causes and his creations draw huge crowds.
Pattnaik who has participated in a number of international and sculpture championships, won a prize at the sand sculpting World Cup held in the US last year. He won the People`s Choice prize in the solo category for his sand sculpture ‘Save Tree, Save the Future’.
The artist, who hails from Puri in Odisha, is a recipient of the Padma Shri award.
