New Delhi: Pregnancy has not stopped actress Lara Dutta from taking a break from work. The actress, who is expecting her first child, has started editing her third fitness DVD, and says it will hit stores by the end of October.
"Going in to edit the third DVD in the `Heal With Lara` series. Revisiting the footage after a while," the 33-year-old posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.
Lara, who is married to tennis ace Mahesh Bhupathi, launched her first DVD "Yoga: Recovery and Rejuvenation" in November 2010. Her second offering was named "Power Play", and was launched in the market in March.
The first DVD focuses on imparting tips on yoga for the rejuvenation of the mind, body and soul, while the later teaches strength and cardiovascular exercises. However, the former Miss Universe, who is fit as a fiddle at her age, feels her latest DVD will outdo the others.
"Personally, I think this one is the best workout. Will be out in the market by end Oct! Then you decide," she tweeted.
Other actresses who launched their fitness DVDs include Shilpa Shetty and Bipasha Basu.
