Mumbai: 2013 might have been a disappointing year for the fans of Salman Khan who were anxiously waiting to see him on the silver screen but here’s good news galore for them.
The Bollywood heartthrob, who doesn’t have a single Hindi film release this year, will treat movie-goers not once but thrice and that too during festive times!
Nonetheless, fans of the superstar do have reasons to make merry this year too, for they will get to see their idol sizzle on the small screen with the seventh edition of reality show ‘Bigg Boss’. And not just that. The actor will be making his Marathi debut this year in ‘Lai Bhaari’ which will feature Riteish Deshmukh in the lead role.
Coming back to Salman’s 2014 agenda, the actor has already blocked Republic Day and Eid for his films ‘Mental’ and ‘Kick’ respectively. And according to the rumour mills, the actor may release his film with Prabhudheva either on Diwali or Christmas.
Salman Khan, who may be crowned as the king of Box Office has had a great time since ‘Wanted’ released in 2009. The Eid release went on to become a blockbuster, followed by ‘Dabangg’ in 2010, ‘Ready’ and ‘Bodyguard in 2011 and ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Dabangg 2’ in 2012.
And with three releases in 2014, Salman might take his blissful relationship with the Box Office a step ahead!
