Mumbai: Known to be quite a thinker, Aamir Khan is very charged up these days, for the actor is looking forward to the release of his much-awaited home production ‘Peepli Live’. Apart from being actively involved in the promotion of his upcoming venture, the perfectionist Khan is once again planning to do something totally out of the box.
Reports reveal that Bhadwai village, the place in Madhya Pradesh where Aamir Khan`s ‘Peepli Live’ has been shot, is set to undergo a massive make-over; all thanks to the actor’s magical touch!
After attending the music release function of ‘Peepli Live’, the villagers in Bhadwai, along with the Head of Panchayat, requested Aamir to start an acting school for their children. And their request has now been forwarded to Mahmood Farooqui, the co-director of ‘Peepli Live’, according to sources.
“The villagers’ request surprised Aamir. However, he realised their request was genuine and that the children were keen on learning the nuances of filmmaking,” said a source.
"Yes, Aamir Khan Productions has informed me of this request. We would love to have an acting school for the kids. I will definitely work on this with them," confirmed Farooqui.
Directed by Anusha Rizvi, ‘Peepli Live’ is slated for release on August 13.
