Mumbai: Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal’s ‘Oh My God’, a satire on blind faith got mixed response from critics and the audiences. The film also irked a number of religious groups thereby landing the film in a number of controversies. But despite all negative publicity, the film managed to garner good money at the Box Office.
Buzz has it that Aamir Khan’s next ‘P.K’ is a lot similar to OMG. Raj Kumar Hirani who is working on the script along with Abhijat Joshi is apparently making some changes to it.
Talking to a daily, a source said, “Raju sir is redrafting parts of the script due to indirect but strong similarities. Like in OMG, a few sequences in P.K. also attack blind faith in godmen. And since both Raju sir and Aamir invest a lot in their films, they have decided to rework the script to make it look different.”
The film was scheduled to go on floors this month. But now that the script will undergo some modifications, the shoot will happen sometime early next year.
‘P.K’ also stars Anushka Sharma and Sushant Singh Rajput.
