Alia Bhatt to croon for `Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania`

After the success of her debut song `Sooha Saaha` from `Highway`, Bollywood beauty Alia Bhatt is all set to try her hands at singing once again. The actress will reportedly lend her voice for the unplugged version of the track `Mai Tennu Samjhawaan` from her upcoming film `Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania`.

New Delhi: After the success of her debut song `Sooha Saaha` from `Highway`, Bollywood beauty Alia Bhatt is all set to try her hands at singing once again. The actress will reportedly lend her voice for the unplugged version of the track `Mai Tennu Samjhawaan` from her upcoming film `Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania`.According to a leading daily, the song is titled `Samjhaawan Unplugged` and will be launched this weekend. The track is a remake of the famous Rahat Fateh Ali Khan song by the same name from Punjabi movie `Virsa`. It has been recreated by composer duo Sharib and Toshi for the film. While Alia has crooned the unplugged version, the original track in the film is sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Arijit Singh. A Dharma Productions film, `Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania` stars Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. The movie is slated to hit the silver screen on July 11.
