Amitabh Bachchan in Gowariker’s next project!

Mumbai: After having worked with industry heavyweights like Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan, ace filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker is all set to team up with legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan. Big B will play the lead role in Gowariker`s next film which is slated to go on floors next year. A source while talking to a daily revealed, “Gowariker had a bunch of ideas for his next project but when Amitabh said ‘yes’, he decided to stop looking beyond. Gowariker is very happy and excited about kicking off a film with Amitji. He is very happy since his dream of working with Big B is finally coming true.” Reportedly, Big B will be seen playing a detective in the film. Gowariker, who is closely associated with perfectionist Aamir does not believe in compromising with the quality of his work. His films `Lagaan`, `Swades` and `Jodhaa Akbar` have all done exceedingly well. However, his last film ‘Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey’ starring junior Bachchan sank at the Box Office. Nonetheless, here’s hoping that Gowariker’s association with Big B works wonders for him!
