Bollywood’s first family seems to have taken up the cause of Indian film industry at the international front lately. Only days after Abhishek and Aishwarya returned to India after making their presence felt at the Oscars 2011 in the US, dad Amitabh Bachchan is getting ready to shoot a documentary based on Indian cinema, which will be screened at the prestigious Cannes.

Only days after Abhishek and Aishwarya returned to India after making their presence felt at the Oscars 2011 in the US, dad Amitabh Bachchan is getting ready to shoot a documentary based on Indian cinema, which will be screened at the prestigious Cannes. Breaking the news on Twitter, Big B let know all his fans, “Good morning! Dearest Extended family of my Twitter..!! Getting set now for a docu interview for Cannes on Indian Cinema !” The megastar further informed on his Twitter profile that eminent directors like Shekhar Kapoor and Rakeysh Mehra are also part of this project. “Rakeysh Mehra and Shekhar Kapoor here for the docu.. will shoot with them and then more preparations for the recital tomorrow !!” he said. Well, no doubt the documentary is sure to stand out!
