Back to back screening of ‘Gangs of Wasseypur 1&2’

Mumbai: Anurag Kashyap is re-releasing the first part of `Gangs of Wasseypur` along with the second part in select theatres tomorrow.

The part one of the film released on June 22 and the makers have decided to re-release the film along with part two in order to refresh everyone`s memories. "Its true both films are going to release together on Wednesday August 8 across theaters of India. After part one received such a terrific response, we thought it would be a good move to re-release with part two," a spokesperson said. It is the first time two parts of a film are being released together in theaters. The last time a film was released back to back was Hollywood blockbuster "Godfather", whose series ran back-to-back in the theaters. ‘Gangs of Wasseypur 2’ stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Richa Chadha, Reemma Sen, Huma Qureshi, and Zeishan Quadri.
