`Dabangg` Salman plays king in next?

Zee Media Bureau/Parul Sabherwal New Delhi: There`s been much talk about Bollywood superstar Salman Khan`s character in upcoming Sooraj Barjatya flick `Prem Ratan Dhan Payo` (PRDP). By now, everyone knows that Sallu bhai is playing a double role in the film, but what many may not know is that the two characters are completely opposite. According to reports, one of Salman`s two roles is that of a kind-hearted king while the other is that of a common man. Director Sooraj Barjatya, who has also penned the screenplay reportedly wrote the characters keeping Salman in his mind. Unlike, other Barjataya films `Prem Ratan Dhan Payo` will reportedly have a grey character which is being played by none other than Neil Nitin Mukesh. He plays the role of a ruthless prince who is also the step-brother of the King. PRDP happens to be Salman’s fourth film with the Barjatyas. Sooraj and Salman had earlier delivered blockbusters like- ‘Maine Pyaar Kiya’, ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun’ and super-hit ‘Hum Saath Sath Hain’. The film also features Armann Kohli and Deepak Dobriyal in pivotal roles.
