Releasled on the 14th of December 2001, the film enthralled the audiences worldwide with flawless performances and a very strong message- ‘It’s all about loving your parents’ Karan Johar managed to get the dream star cast together on the silver screen. It was no surprise to see the family drama receiving fifteen nominations at the Filmfare Awards. Written and directed by Karan Johar, Dharma Productions’ Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham was also screened at the International Film Festival of Marrakech recently as a tribute to completing 100 glorious years of Indian cinema.
