First day Box Office collection of `Main Tera Hero' Rs 6.6 crore

New Delhi: `Main Tera Hero`might not have got a thumbs up from all movie critics but reports say that it has made a great impact at the Box Office. Released on 4th of April, the net collection of the movie is a whopping 6.6 crores. Starring Varun Dhawan, Ileana D`Cruz and Nargis Fakhri, the David Dhawan flick has done well in both multi screen theatres as well as at single screens. The entertainer is the the latest offering by Balaji Motion Pictures, and has done better than the movies released last week, including Harman Baweja, Sunny Deol starrer `Dishkyaoon` and `Youngistaan`. Sonakshi Sinha had tweeted about the movie, talking about Varun;s great performance.

It seems that Varun has got the much needed boost in his career, and carved a niche for himself under his father`s tutelage. Most critics went on to say that Varun has managed to fill the shoes of Govinda who was David Dhawan`s favourite throughout the 90`s. We wish the team the best to the team and hope the movie continues to do well.
